My friend reminded me yesterday, that even if I’m not exactly where I want to be yet (and by that I mean in my business), I am at the place I wanted to be a year ago.

I think this happens a lot. Wanting to get somewhere, to achieve a goal and then getting there but not noticing because it doesn’t look exactly like we thought it would.

So this goes out to all of you, who are not exactly where you want to be at in your life.

Pause for a second and just acknowledge how far you’ve come.

Be grateful for that.

Gratitude for where you are now will guide you to where you want to go.

And remember, if what you are seeking is happiness/joy/love (deep down we all are, just in different forms) being present and content in the now will allow you to uncover those feelings within you.

They are in your reach, always. Not in a distant, uncertain future or in an external goal/place/person.

Thank you @danielleloiter for reminding me of this truth ❤️
One of the highlights of my morning is fresh green juice that I make without a juicer.

I know how cliche it sounds, but I actually really love it and look forward to it every morning.

I think what I love the most is the process of making it fresh every day (almost) and then sipping on it - it grounds me & gives me an energy boost. It’s like a ritual and something I really enjoy/that brings me joy.

My favorite is: kale, celery, cucumber and ginger but I often do just celery juice as well. I always have it on an empty stomach to make sure my body absorbs all the vitamins and nutrients.

I know, I know it has been a big trend and many of you might dislike it or be over it. But it really is not about the latest trends and diets, it’s about trying different things & seeing what works for YOU! What feels right to you and what you actually enjoy. Whether that is a green juice, a smoothie or a coffee. You do you!

For me, this works. It makes me feel good, healthy & vibrant. And it is one of my favorite things to start the day (with movement & a medi). 💚

What is your favorite part of your morning that brings you joy & sets you up for a good day?
It is all a matter of perspective.

How you train your mind to see certain situations & to react will shape most of your experiences.

Take happiness for example. It's safe to say most of us are conditioned (by society, our education, comparison to others) to believe that happiness is the result of all that is external.

Whether that is money, a career, buying all the things, luxury possessions etc…even travel.

And please don't get me wrong, I am NOT saying any of the above is BAD. There is no such thing.

But if you removed all your wordly possessions, would you still be happy?

Think about that for a second.

There is nothing wrong with having what you have, wanting what you want. Never feel guilty for it. Enjoy what you have, while you have it.

As long as you are aware that it is just the icing on the cake and that you actually don't need most of it to be happy.

Really happy. Deeply happy.

Because true happiness can only be the result of inner peace.

Happiness lives within you and is not dependent on anything external.

What is happiness to you? 👇
Any step, even the smallest, counts.

Towards better health, a more sustainable and conscious lifestyle, towards your goals or anything really.

It’s normal to feel discouraged at times, but this is your reminder that it all counts. It really does.

So it is up to you to take those steps, to create change, in your life and in our world, to make better choices for a brighter future. 💚🌱♻️🌍
One of my favorite spots in Dubai: @comptoir102 ☝️
⠀⠀
It’s a concept store with that bohemian vibe I absolutely love, clean beauty products (!) and much more, but most importantly a really good healthy café with delicious plantbased options 🌱

⠀⠀
As you might have noticed, I have been trying to post more & as I go. I used to always want to have a “perfectly” curated feed, but, as much as I love it, it really tends to block me and doesn’t really represent reality..🦄
⠀⠀
So I’m willing to try having a less curated feed and posting more regularly to be able to share more of my daily life & finds and things that speak to my heart. 💓
⠀⠀
Like healthy plantbased foods/recipes/places, clean beauty products, inspiration, travels, thoughts, sustainable brands etc. In a more natural way.✨

Let’s see how this goes! Any thoughts on this? 😘
So happy I finally got my hands on this beautiful 2019 astro planner 😍

As much as I find technology useful and try my best to plan my days & weeks with these tools, I actually still prefer physical, paper planners 🙈 I know, kind of old school but to me nothing beats actually writing (and crossing) things on paper📝

Anyway, this is not just a regular planner, it has lots of useful information about the moon phases & astrology. And I think you might have noticed by now how much I love these things ♐️💜🌔
⠀⠀
It also has a section with intentions for 2019 and it makes me want to write mine again (even if I already did and we’re well into Jan). Have you set your intentions for this year? If not you can still get my 2019 intentions guide in my bio (it’s free!), but not for much longer. ✨

This is just a little reminder (and a note to self) that if you haven’t started your year exactly as you wanted or didn’t set goals, it’s not too late! It never is. Don’t let the illusion of time (or anything for that matter) stop you ⚡️ #magicofincarnation #magicofi #loveyourcycle
